As 2025 draws to a close, we are thrilled to share the incredible milestones achieved by the CULTURAL BEES – Promotion of entrepreneurship skills in the Cultural and Creative Industry among youth project. It has been a pivotal year, marked by the launch of innovative tools and the widespread diffusion of our mission across Europe.
Our goal remains clear: to develop and implement a training program and digital toolkit that support the promotion of entrepreneurship skills in the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI) sector among young people.
🚀 Key Achievements of 2025
2025 was the year CULTURAL BEES transitioned from planning to large-scale action, achieving significant results:
1. February 2025: The Pan-European Ecosystem Forum in Brussels
The year began with a crucial event: the Pan-European Ecosystem Forum held in Brussels on February 12, 2025, organized by JA Europe as part of Cultural BEES.
This Forum represented the culmination of a series of National Ecosystem Forums held in Italy, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Slovenia, and Poland. The event brought together professionals, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and educators to:
- Share and co-create solutions for youth entrepreneurship in the CCI sector.
- Address emerging challenges, including the need for cohesive national strategies, the importance of entrepreneurial education, and the integration of innovation, including artificial intelligence.
- Emphasize the role of cultural heritage as an economic catalyst.
Immediately following the event, on February 13, project partners met in Brussels to finalize the proposal for the new training curriculum, based on the valuable feedback received.
2. Launch of the “Digital Pathway” for Young Innovators
One of the greatest achievements was the official launch of our new digital pathway for young innovators. This toolkit and online training program are the heart of the project, providing young people with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to turn their creative ideas into sustainable, inclusive, and innovative businesses in the CCI sector.
3. Featured at Creative Skills Week 2025 in Prague
The project played a prominent role at the Creative Skills Week 2025 held in Prague. This event was an exceptional opportunity to showcase to an international audience how CULTURAL BEES is driving youth-led innovation and contributing to strengthening the creative workforce in Europe. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive!
4. Pilot Implementation and National Focus
We officially initiated the large-scale piloting phase, which aims to train a total of 1000 students at secondary and tertiary level education in three European partner countries: Cyprus, Bulgaria, and Italy.
Specifically, 2025 saw a strong focus in Bulgaria, where the project’s initiatives are helping to shape and support a vibrant and inclusive cultural environment, preparing the future generation of creative entrepreneurs.

With the foundations solidly laid in 2025, we look forward to the new year with renewed excitement. We will focus on expanding and refining our pilot programs and creating new opportunities for the community of young CCI entrepreneurs.
